Myrtle Beach Workouts At Carolina Forest Saturday February 25th

The first workout for the Myrtle Beach area players will be Saturday February 25th at the Carolina Forest Baseball Complex field #1 at International Drive. The 31+ division and 45+ division players will meet from 11am till 12:30 pm. Then the 18+ division players will meet from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm. To get to the field you turn right just past the fire station which is located at 671 Carolina Forest Blvd. If you cannot make it there will be another workout the following Saturday at the same times and same place.


First Wilmington area Players Workout/Draft February 26th

The 2012 season for Wilmington area players will be February 26th at Northwest Park in Leland at 1 pm. Another one will be on the following Sunday at same place and same time. This will be for all new players not currently on a team. We welcome all new players and teams to join the Coastal Men's Baseball League this year. Please contact us if you intend to be at the workout or become a member by clicking on the top left tab and fill out the info and we will contact you.

2012 Season Coming Together!!

The start of the 2012 season is just around the corner and things are starting to take shape!. It looks like there will be 7-8 teams in the 18+ division with 4 31+ teams and 4 45+ teams. This could be even more depending on new player turn out in the next couple of months. The seasons first new player workout will be February 25th for the Myrtle Beach area players and February 26th for the new Wilmington area players. We encourage everyone to contact their family and friends about joining in on the fun this season. As always we invite individual players as well as groups of guys and whole teams. Some of the highlights of the 2012 season so far is :

1) Medical insurance for all players
2) Opening day for each team in the Myrtle Beach Pelicans Stadium
3) Games at Cal Ripken Experience Park (all turf fields)
4) Also North Brunswick and Heide Trask High Schools
5) 18 game regular season (depending on # of teams)
6) End of season division tournament
7) Games played primarily on Sunday afternoons with some night games during the hotter months
8) Teams to represent the league in Florida tournaments at seasons end

2012 Season To Open Weekend Of April 28th & 29th At BB&T Coastal Field!!

The Coastal Men's Baseball League is excited to announce the opening of the 2012 season will take place April 28th and 29th at BB&T Coastal Field home of the Myrtle Beach Pelicans. Each team in all 3 divisions will open their regular season at this top notch facility located in Myrtle Beach. Plans are beginning to take shape with a planned 18 game regular season schedule. There will then be an end of the season league tournament with the championship game of each division being played at top notch facility (Coastal field, Hardee field etc.) More info on sign ups and pre season work outs/drafts will be announced in the near future.

Coastal Men's Baseball League is based in Wilmington with teams from the Myrtle Beach and Jacksonville area and features player's from ages 18 and up.  It is divided into 3 different age divisions.  The divisions are ages 18-30, 31-44 and 45+. We are a competetive league that aims to put good teams on the field for quality baseball and lots of fun.  

Coastal Men's Baseball is affiliated with Men's Senior Baseball League (MSBL) and the Men's Adult Baseball League (MABL).  The MSBL/MABL was founded in 1988 and is a national organization of baseball leagues for players of various skill levels and age divisions.  MSBL/MABL has over 200 affiliates, 3,300 teams and over 45,000 members across the country.  

Members play in well organized local leagues and have the opportunity to compete in a variety of in-state, regional and national tournaments.
